What's included in the Quick Check vs Full Diagnosis?
Quick Check runs the computer codes—tells you what triggered the warning light. Full Diagnosis goes further. We physically test components, check fuel pressure, emissions readings, battery health. More time, more answers. Most people need the Full Diagnosis if something's actually wrong.
Can I get a discount if I pay in cash?
We don't do different pricing based on payment method. What we quote is what you pay. Been burned before by places with hidden fees, so we keep it transparent. No surprises, ever.
How long does a diagnostic actually take?
Quick Check? 15 minutes, no joke. Full Diagnosis usually runs 45 minutes to an hour. Depends on what we find, honestly. If your car's got weird intermittent issues, it might take longer. We'll tell you upfront.
What if the diagnostic doesn't solve my problem?
